Simple Mart Retail Co., Ltd. was established in 2006, opening its first Simple Mart store on Changan St., Luzhou Dist., New Taipei City. In 2011, it was merged into Mercuries Corporation (Home Purchase Division) and reached 100 stores in the same year. In July 2017, the brand and related stores were spun off from Mercuries Corporation and merged into Simple Mart Retail Co., Ltd., “the Company”. The Company has established multiple retail brands catering to different consumer’s needs. Currently, Simple Mart owns over 800 stores.

Simple Mart Retail upholds four core values: passion, trust, efficiency, and innovation. We carefully select essential products to meet the diverse lifestyle needs of our customers. We integrate offline membership with online data, consolidate member benefits and points, embrace various payment methods, and actively expand.
